MINDFULNESS 1-to-1 COACHING
In a world that often feels overwhelming, a 1-to-1 mindfulness coaching session offers a safe place for you to reconnect with your inner self. This session is a gentle journey designed to cultivate awareness and promote relaxation. As we begin, we’ll identify your personal challenges and what you would like to achieve from your mindfulness journey. You will be guided through techniques that will be useful to your unique circumstances. You’ll then be guided through meditations that you will take with you as home practice.
This mindfulness practice serves as a foundation for deeper exploration. The 4 week course is highly recommended to teach further mindfulness techniques and support your own personal home practice which is an important and fundamental part of mindfulness.
